It is a condition of entry that you agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations set out below.

RULES

In all sections only one exhibit from any one garden or exhibitor is allowed in any one class.  All members of a household are permitted to exhibit from one garden provided they do so in different classes or enter as a family.

Exhibits of vegetables, fruit and flowers must have been grown by the exhibitor with the exception of entries in class W5 and E1-3.

Entries will only be accepted from exhibitors living or gardening within a 2 mile radius of The Kentish Rifleman (entries from outside this area will be accepted if space permits and at the discretion of the Show Secretary).
This is a fun show for amateur gardeners only and will NOT necessarily be judged to RHS rules.  The Judges decision is final and there will be no right of appeal.

Classes of only one entry will not be judged but will contribute 1 point to the Show Championship points accumulator.  If 3 or more classes in one section have only one entry, these exhibits will be grouped into a single mixed class for judging and the ranking included IN ADDITION to the individual entry points for Show Champion points. Classes E3a and E3b will only count as one class for purposes of championship but each section may be entered by different family members.
The organisers accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to any exhibit or display vessel. The organisers shall not be liable for compensation for the loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, of or to, any personal property belonging to exhibitors or visitors to the show.  The right is reserved by the organisers to cancel any or all of the competitions, refuse entries and withhold prizes, without notice or warning.
No exhibitor may interfere in any way whatsoever with any exhibit or display of another exhibitor.

Any staging material should consist material supplied by the Organisers or of undyed raffia, undyed string or white paper unless specified otherwise in the schedule.  Paper plates will be provided on the day for staging.
Garden in a seed tray is to be presented in a standard size seed tray 375m x 230mm. Any materials are allowed.  The exhibit may extend over the edges of the seed tray but nothing may be attached to the outside of the tray using glue, sellotape, blu-tac or other artificial means.
