| 1 | In all sections only one exhibit from any one garden or exhibitor
is allowed in any one class. All members of a household are permitted to exhibit from one garden provided
they do so in different classes or enter as a family.

| 2 | Exhibits of vegetables, fruit and flowers must have been grown by the exhibitor with
the exception of entries in class W5 and E1-3.
|
| 3 | Entries
will only be accepted from exhibitors living or gardening within a 2 mile radius of The Kentish
Rifleman (entries from outside this area will be accepted if space permits and at the discretion of the Show Secretary).
|
| 4 | This is a fun show for amateur gardeners only and will NOT necessarily
be judged to RHS rules. The Judges decision is final and there will be no right of appeal.
|
| 5 | Classes of only one entry will not be judged but will contribute 1 point to the
Show Championship points accumulator. If 3 or more classes in one section have only one entry, these exhibits
will be grouped into a single mixed class for judging and the ranking included IN ADDITION to the individual entry points
for Show Champion points. Classes E3a and E3b will only count as one class for purposes of championship but each section may
be entered by different family members.

| 6 | The organisers
accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to any exhibit or display vessel. The organisers shall not be liable for compensation
for the loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, of or to, any personal property belonging to exhibitors or visitors to the
show. The right is reserved by the organisers to cancel any or all of the competitions, refuse entries
and withhold prizes, without notice or warning.

| 7 | No
exhibitor may interfere in any way whatsoever with any exhibit or display of another exhibitor.
|
| 8 | Any staging material should consist material supplied by the Organisers or of
undyed raffia, undyed string or white paper unless specified otherwise in the schedule. Paper plates will be provided
on the day for staging.
|
| 9 | Garden in a seed tray is to be presented in a standard size seed tray 375m
x 230mm. Any materials are allowed. The exhibit may extend over the edges of the seed tray but nothing may be attached
to the outside of the tray using glue, sellotape, blu-tac or other artificial means. |
REGULATIONS
| 1 | Please try to submit entry forms to the Show Secretary no later
than Tuesday 31st August. Entry fee to be paid on the day of the show in CASH ONLY. There will be a £3 entry fee
PLUS 30p per class.

| 2 | Exhibitors may
stage exhibits from 9am on the morning of the show. All exhibitors must clear the show area no later than
11am to allow judging to commence. Judging will take place between 11am and noon, at which time prizes
will be awarded. Entries must remain on display until 4pm for public viewing but must be cleared by 6pm.
Any uncollected exhibits will be held for 24 hours and then disposed of.

| 3 | Exhibits should bear the name of the cultivar, if known. Exhibitor's
card can be obtained from the Show Administrator at the opening of staging.
|
| 4 | Each Class will be awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. There will be no prize
money.
|
| 5 | Best in each of the 4 categories (Vegetable,
Fruit, Flowers, Home Economics and Craft) judged by show judges will be awarded a special best in show prize.
|
| 6 | The Show Champion Trophy will be awarded based on a points basis.
1 point will be awarded for each class entered PLUS 3 points will be awarded for 3rd place, 4 for second place and
5 for 1st place. In the event of a tie, the championship will be awarded to the exhibitor with the
most first places, or in the event of an equal number of first places, the most second places.

| 7 | Exhibits in class 18 must consist of wild or uncultivated foliage only.
No mushrooms, flowers, berries, or fruits are allowed. Please collect material only with appropriate
permission and with awareness of the environment.

| 8 | All
proceeds will be donated to The Lions Club of Sevenoaks |
